This holiday home offers the perfect setting for a successful stay. Entry to the home is through its private, fenced front yard, which features a cozy outdoor seating area for four. On the ground floor, the living room is comfortably furnished with a cozy sofa, smart TV, dining table for four, kitchen, and a smaller guest toilet. The sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space for two guests.

The kitchen was renovated in spring 2025, and the fresh, modern space offers all the essentials for enjoyable cooking. This light and modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, integrated microwave, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.

The upper floor is ideal for restful nights or a traditional siesta. The master bedroom opens onto the upper terrace, which features a comfortable lounge set — perfect for enjoying sunny moments and admiring the partial sea views. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the temperature can be easily adjusted with an air heat pump. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be combined into a double), a view to the terrace, and built-in wardrobes. The upstairs bathroom was renovated in spring 2023 and offers stylish and functional facilities, including a spacious shower area. The apartment is equipped with a high-speed fiber optic internet connection.

Please note that access to the apartment involves several sets of stairs.

The location in the La Mata area is excellent. A well-connected bus line runs between Torrevieja and La Mata approximately every 30 minutes. This holiday home is located in the El Balcón de Torreblanca urbanization, so whether you're looking for great walking trails, a well-stocked grocery store nearby, a long coastline, or a peaceful neighborhood — this home ticks all the boxes.
