The enclosed, a cute little patio is located also in this floor and has a great spot for the washing machine. The nicely furnished second floor has two bedrooms - one with a double-bed and another one with two single beds. The bedroom with a double-bed has even an own little terrace! The second bathroom with a bath tub can be found from this floor. Wi-Fi available and included to the price.

The front yard has a freshly bought seating group for four people, a charcoal grill and two sunbeds. These can be easily taken up to the roof top terrace, too!

This holiday home is located in Calle Perseo - just a few kilometers from Torrevieja city center and nicely surrounded with many services like supermarket, several restaurants, pharmacy store and bus stops within a walking distance. Bus lines are operating between Torrevieja and the area of La Mata every 30 minutes during the day time, so an own car is not necessary when booking this holiday home!
