The newly built Edificio la Botica de Enrique apartment building has four apartments, one with a private terrace, which can accommodate up to 16 guests. It has a lift and is in an excellent location, whether you are arriving by car, as it is easy to reach, or from the airport, and is very close to the city centre and beaches. It is very well equipped and will make you feel at home. It is a neighbourhood with hard-working residents, so there is no noise or disturbances and you can relax after spending the day in Malaga. It is 15 minutes from the city centre, the Thyssen Museum, Calle Compañía, the motorways and Calle 5 Mármoles. Very close to hospitals such as Carlos Haya, Civil and Maternal. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, Carrefour, etc., and a bus stop in front of the apartment. A few minutes from La Malagueta beach or the beaches of Huelin. An apartment where you will feel at home. 150 m from the bus stop next to the property if you don't want to walk to the historic centre of Malaga.
