The new Edificio la Botica de Enrique building has four flats, one of which has a private terrace, and can accommodate up to 16 people. It has a lift and is in an excellent location, whether you are arriving by car, as it is easy to access, or from the airport, and is close to the city centre and beaches. It is very well equipped and you will feel right at home. It is a neighbourhood where the residents work hard, so there is no noise or disturbance and you can relax after spending the day in Malaga. It is 15 minutes from the city centre, the Thyssen Museum, Calle Compañía, the motorways and Calle 5 Mármoles. Very close to hospitals such as Carlos Haya, Civil and Maternal. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, Carrefour, etc., and with a bus stop in front of the flat. A few minutes from La Malagueta beach or the beaches of Huelin. An apartment where you will feel right at home. 150 metres from the bus stop next to the property if you don't want to walk to the historic centre of Malaga.
