Entrance hall, living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. It opens onto a lovely internal terrace with curtains and a glimpse of the sea.
A spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe, mirrors, dresser, and bedside tables. A smaller bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, complete with a desk and wardrobe.
Bathroom with washing machine, bidet, and bathtub that can also be used as a shower.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and numerous useful appliances (microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, fan, hairdryer, washing machine, iron).
Access to the supervised shared swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, loungers, and director's chairs.
Private parking space, bicycle parking, and a bicycle are included.
A linen set with sheets, towels, tablecloths, and kitchen accessories is provided.

Numerous beach resorts and public beaches are within walking distance. Shops and services are nearby (bar, pastry shop, excellent pizzeria, large fruit and vegetable market, baker, hairdresser).
The town center is just a few hundred meters away. Supermarkets and a shopping center are nearby.

Activities and attractions

Just a few kilometers away, you can easily reach the entire Versilia area (Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio) and Liguria, with the enchanting landscapes of the Cinque Terre. On the mountain side, in the Apuan Alps, you'll find the Garfagnana and Lunigiana regions. The cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and Siena are also worth visiting. The Noa Hospital in Massa and the Carrara exhibition center are also worth a visit.
