MODERN 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH
The RIOJAS SALINAS III apartments are located in the North area of Gandia beach, just 300 metres from the beach and in a very quiet and family-friendly area. This area is ideal for enjoying the beach, which is bordered by a wide dune zone, and for taking long walks in nature. In this area, there are no pubs or nightlife that might disturb rest during holidays. It is worth highlighting the Gandia sailing school located just in front of the accommodation on the sand, where you can practice windsurfing, paddle surfing, catamaran rides, etc.
CONSISTS OF: 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and another with two beds), independent equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and another with a shower), living room with sofa bed and terrace.
EQUIPPED WITH: TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Iron and Ironing Board.
WE SUPPLY: Bedding, shower and hand towels (Not beach towels), kitchen cloths, crockery and kitchen utensils.
