The accommodation
The house is situated on a hillside in a quiet residential area and offers beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. The various terraces and the swimming pool surrounding the house provide the opportunity to relax in the shade or in the sun, as you wish. The house is very spacious and is built on four levels on the hillside.
Setting
Náquera is located 30 km north-west of Valencia, at the foot of the Sierra Calderona, which offers numerous excursions and hiking trails. The town centre, with shops for daily needs, is within walking distance. Náquera is a small village with numerous residential areas in the surrounding area, mainly occupied by weekend homes for city dwellers.
Activities and attractions
There are hiking trails right on your doorstep. The Mediterranean beaches are a 20–30-minute drive away. The city of Valencia, with its many attractions and cultural offerings, is a 30–40-minute drive away. The area is also very popular with cyclists.
