A bright and cozy 62 m² apartment with a private 60 m² terrace in the heart of Masnou – just a 5-minute walk from Ocata Beach and 17 km from Barcelona. Located on a quiet pedestrian street with a children's playground, it’s ideal for families and pet lovers: a pet-friendly beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a swim with your furry friend.

The house has step-free access from the street (stairs are only needed to reach the terrace). Built in 2010 and fully renovated in 2024, it offers natural light throughout the day, air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Pets allowed with prior notice and fee; cannot be left alone. Use energy and water responsibly. Do not tamper with power card (penalty €60). Recycle waste by placing it in the appropriate public containers located along the promenade Parking available with reservation (€8/day); card loss: €40. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages. Check-out by 10 AM; clean dishes and take out trash (64€ penalty if not). Early check-in/late check-out: €25 (on request). Municipal tax: €1.10/person/night. Deposit: €250, refunded within 7 days if no damage.
