All guests must provide (ID/NIE/Passport), email, phone, and accept the GDPR document before arrival. Smoking, including marijuana, is prohibited(€150 fee applies). Respect quiet hours (10 PM–9 AM). Pets allowed with prior notice and fee; cannot be left alone. Use energy and water responsibly. Do not tamper with power card (penalty €60). Recycle waste by placing it in the appropriate public containers located along the promenade Parking available with reservation (€8/day); card loss: €40. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages. Check-out by 10 AM; clean dishes and take out trash (64€ penalty if not). Early check-in/late check-out: €40 (on request). Municipal tax: €1.10/person/night. Deposit: €300, refunded within 7 days if no damage.
