Located opposite the Senate, it is on a very quiet, semi-pedestrian street with little traffic.

Although it's a semi-basement floor, the ceilings are very high, typical of old Madrid, giving a greater sense of spaciousness. The apartment has windows overlooking the street and an interior courtyard.
