The accommodation
This home is semi detached with two floors, First floor has three bedroom and two bathroom. One Double bedroom has a full accessible bathroom. The other bedrooms one double large bedroom that shares shares a bathroom with the third Single Bedroom on the ground floor. The two double bedrooms have access to a covered terrace. The Second floor has the master bedroom with a full bathroom in-suite, a full kitchen with modern appliances and the living-room with indoor dinning table. The Living room and bedroom on the second floor have access to a semi covered terrace.

We are in an area of luxury homes and apartments called Reserva De Los Monteros on the side of the beach near Golf Rio Real. No need to take your car to the beach it is about a 3 minute walk to reach our local beach and the Chiringuito Plalm Beach.
