The accommodation

Villa Elena is a very comfortable holiday home with a Mediterranean ambience. Steps lead down from the driveway to the main level with the large pool surrounded by lawn and palm trees, next to which is the covered barbecue area. From the covered terrace in front of the living room you can enjoy marvellous views over the bay of Valencia and also have the pool in view.

Large patio doors open into the living/dining room with American kitchen and guest WC, from there 17 steps, with handrail on the wall, lead down to the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows with a small balcony in front, ceiling fans and air conditioning, the third bedroom, also with air conditioning, can be accessed both from the outside and via the bathroom, which is shared by two bedrooms and is well suited for 2 adults and their children.

The plot is terraced and steps of natural stone lead down to the private bocce court, next to it under a pine tree are stone benches and a stone table for spectators, and/or to refresh yourself during a short break.

All windows are modern, double-glazed windows; the electric central heating, the energy-efficient A++ air conditioning units and the closed fireplace with air circulation in the living room will keep you warm in the cooler seasons. In summer, the four air conditioning units keep the house pleasantly cool.

The 27-hole La Sella golf course with the 5-star Marriot hotel and two very good restaurants, as well as the kilometre-long sandy beaches of Denia are an experience in all seasons.

3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 mattress) 1,80 wd. x 1,95m lg, french doors onto a small balcony, fitted wardorbe, ceiling fan, A/C, anti-mosquito screen; 1 bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses) each 0,90 wd. x 2m lg., wardrobe, 2 arm chairs and table, A/C, window with grille and anti-mosquito screen, exterior door. The bedroom can be entered from the outside or from the right bedroom thru the bath. The bath en-Suite can be entered and used from both bedrooms (2 doors which can be locked) - ideal for parents and children.

Since May 2024, new inverter A/C units with energy efficiency A++ are installed in all 3 bedrooms and the living room.

2 baths: 1 en-Suite for 2 bedr. with shower, washbasin, as well as toilet and bidet - which are separated with a door from the bath. 1 bath with bath/shower over and separate shower, toilet, washbasin; 1 guest toilet with washbasin upstairs.

Living/dining room: From Juliy 24: 2seater upolstery sofa and 2 arm chairs, wooden coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and cushions, A/C. American, modern kitchen with small storage room next to it.

Roofed terrace in front of the living room, with awning on one side and a moveable glass wall to the north/east side, sun terrace with lawn around the pool, 2 palm trees shady in the afternoon. Roofed BBQ terrace with built-BBQ, sink with warm water, countertop, garden table and chairs. Bocciaplace, with stone benches next to it.

Pool 5 x 10m, depth 0,95 - 1,80ms., with roman stairs, with illumination, with warm water outside shower.

Garden: 1 level at house/pool/BBQ-terrace, around the house terraces, outlined with rustic stones, planted with palm, pine and fruit trees. Parking for 2 cars on the enclosed plot.

All windows are equipped with plastic shutters and the bedrooms, bath and 3 living room windows with anti-mosquito screens. The kitchen window and the two living room windows are on ground level towards the house entrance - they have grilles.

Good to know:
Suitable for children: yes - 6 years and up - in the back of the pool to the right there is a terrace with fruit trees that goes 5ms down without a wall.

Setting

Beautiful residential area with far-reaching views as far as the bay of Valencia. The gated residential area has a tennis court, riding stable, restaurant, mini market with bread rolls in the morning, pharmacy and a clinic with spa and restaurant at the entrance to La Sella. Situated above the La Sella golf course - 27 hole golf course with the Marriott Hotel and two good restaurants for high standards.

The 12 kms long sandy beaches from Denia to Oliva are less then 10 min. by car.

In the little village "La Xara" 2 kms away you find supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants. Denia centre is approx. 7 min. by car. The large shopping mall Portal de las Marinas with cinemas and bowling is about 3 km distant.

You can reach the national road N 332 and the motorway quickly for excursions to Valencia or going up to the mountains.
