On the upper floor, you’ll find the master en-suite bedroom with air conditioning and a terrace boasting beautiful sea views. On the same floor, there is also a children’s room with a double trundle bed and a cot, if needed. On the ground floor, there is another double bedroom and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and more. It connects to the living-dining room, which includes a TV with satellite system as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a spacious utility room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

The property is located within a complex of 39 duplex homes, offering parking and a communal swimming pool—perfect for a refreshing swim, sunbathing on the spacious terrace areas, or simply enjoying the privacy and tranquility of your own terrace and garden.

Setting

“Casa Loreak” is located between Las Coloradas beach, where the first sculptures of the Atlantic Museum were sunk, and just a 5-minute walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicón. Here you will find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, shops, and the well-known market (held on Wednesdays and Saturdays).

To the east, only a 5-minute drive away, lies the protected natural park of Los Ajaches, where you can enjoy the unspoiled Papagayo beaches. To the west, about a 20-minute walk, is the beautiful Playa Dorada. From there, in just over 5 minutes on foot, you will reach Playa Blanca, with its many shops, bars, and traditional Canarian restaurants.
