The accommodation

The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a 1.50-meter double bed and the other with a trundle bed that converts into two 90-centimeter beds, sleeping four in total), a bathroom with a rain shower, a kitchen-living room with a TV, and a terrace with nice views of the pool and the spa.
The complex features an indoor heated spa (schedule shown in the photos, open on specific dates) with a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and hydrotherapy pool. The spa is for communal use and is managed by the homeowners’ association. The advertiser is not responsible for unexpected closures due to repairs or maintenance. Hours are from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A swim cap and red wristbands are required for entry. A €20 deposit will be required for each wristband, which will be refunded at the end of the stay upon return of the corresponding wristbands.
Outside, there are two adult pools and two children’s pools (open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM), landscaped areas, playground equipment, a game room with billiards and ping-pong, and a tennis court.

Setting

A luxury private community in Barreiros with easy access. A rural setting close to the sea (less than 1.5 km away) with several spectacular beaches, including Las Catedrales Beach.
This is a quiet area with easy access to Foz and Ribadeo, where you can enjoy fine dining, leisure activities, and all the necessary amenities.

Activities and attractions

Next to the residential complex, there is a soccer and basketball court, a larger playground, and a paddle tennis court.
There is free parking around the residential complex.
In the area, you can go surfing, diving, and enjoy water sports.
There is an Eroski nearby that is open every day of the year, including Sundays.
This is a rural area where a means of transportation is necessary.
