The accommodation

Three-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator), with a private parking space available. The apartment comprises a living room with an open kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a closet with a laundry area, and a livable balcony. Air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction hob are also included. Small appliances include a Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, food processor, iron, and hairdryer.
Available during the fall/winter period for periods of 2 or 4 weeks:
Price for 4 weeks: €800 (plus expenses and utilities of approximately €200)
Price for 2 weeks: €450 (plus expenses and utilities of approximately €100)
One bed linen kit, one kitchen linen kit, and one bathroom linen kit (per person) are provided, all of which guests are responsible for their own use.

Setting

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, 85 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the San Bartolomeo promenade, 350 meters from the center of Diano Marina, and 400 meters from the Diano Marina promenade. A supermarket and Tuesday market are 200 meters away. Access to the apartment is from the courtyard where the parking space is located.

Activities and attractions

Both Diano Marina and San Bartolomeo are full of bars and restaurants, in Diano Marina there is a cinema open all year round with first-run screenings, a bowling alley, paddle tennis courts and tennis courts, furthermore the apartment overlooks the cycle path which will be opened soon.
