The accommodation

Recently renovated apartment in Portisco, ideal for families or groups, featuring bright and modern interiors. It offers three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, smart TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, smart TV, and air conditioning. The third bedroom is perfect for children or friends, with two single beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.

The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. Next to the second bathroom, there is a small utility room with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron, allowing you to easily manage laundry during your stay. The living room is spacious and bright, with large French doors that let in natural light and offer a beautiful sea view. It features a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs, flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table for six or more people, perfect for shared moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, tableware, coffee machine, milk frother, manual juicer, blender, toaster, and all the utensils needed to prepare any type of meal.

It is important to note that access to the third bedroom with two single beds and to the second bathroom is only possible through one of the two double bedrooms, or from the outside via the garden.

The terrace is furnished with a large dining table for six or more people, comfortable chairs, a cozy cushioned lounge area, and a sun awning – ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing while enjoying the view. The side garden is a peaceful space where children can play and guests can unwind in the shade of the trees. It features a large round table for six, wicker seating, an outdoor shower, and a roof covering for shade. Surrounded by hedges and trees, the garden also provides excellent privacy.

We care deeply about the environment: please switch off the air conditioning and lights when you are not at home. Respect waste separation; near the accommodation, there is an ecological station open all day. Penalties: €100 for failure to dispose of or separate waste properly; €15 for each sheet, towel, or rug damaged. Avoid noise during quiet hours and in common areas. Always close doors and windows when leaving: the wind in Sardinia is our best friend.

Essential services: the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: toilet paper, bed linen and towels, dish soap and hand soap, as well as salt, sugar, and coffee to start your holiday in the best way. Just a few steps from the house, you will find restaurants, bars, an ATM, a tobacconist, a supermarket where you can easily buy everything you may need, and other services.

Setting

Guests will have access to the entire apartment: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, sea-view terrace, and private garden. They can also enjoy the shared areas of the residence, such as the playground, tennis courts (for a fee), free basketball court, and communal green spaces. Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment lies the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, where guests will find several bars as well as the possibility to rent umbrellas, sunbeds, and pedal boats. About a 15-minute walk away is the Portisco marina, offering a supermarket, restaurants, bars, tobacco shop, ATM, rental services for dinghies, cars, scooters, and other amenities.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the port and the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, with various bars and the option to rent sunbeds, umbrellas, and pedal boats. In the surrounding area, there are restaurants, a supermarket, and cafés, perfect for discovering the flavors and lifestyle of the Costa Smeralda.
