🔇 Noise & Behavior
Please avoid loud talking, shouting, or playing loud music, especially in outdoor areas and during the quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Complaints from neighbors that result in a report to the authorities will automatically be deducted from the security deposit.

🛑 Guest Policy
Only guests registered in Avaibook and shared with the SEF are allowed to stay at the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Cleanliness & Damages
All garbage, bottles, and glass must be cleaned and removed before check-out. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
