The accommodation

This impressive, completely renovated holiday home offers breathtaking sea views and views of Mount Teide, as well as luxurious amenities that leave nothing to be desired. With a generous living space of 250 m², the house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share two further bathrooms.

The modern, open-plan kitchen is a highlight of the house and features a cooking island and high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator and wine refrigerator – perfect for culinary adventures.

The large, practically secluded garden invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for sunbathing, while the year-round heated pool (including a skin-friendly salt system) provides refreshing cooling on hot days. On the terrace, you can adjust the shade continuously by remote control thanks to the bioclimatic pergola.
The holiday home is air-conditioned so that you can enjoy a pleasant temperature in all rooms. Fast internet is also provided with a 1000 megabit fibre optic connection and state-of-the-art WiFi. There are also two parking spaces available in the courtyard.
