Villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace, 1 parking space and a garden in Playa de Gandía near Safari Hotel.

The Villa is located on Playa de Gandía, 100 meters far from the Safari Hotel and 200 meters far from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, entertainment areas, and supermarkets, and is well connected with Gandia city by bus.

It has three double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a shower room, a living-dining room, and a large kitchen. It is fully equipped with kitchenware, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a television. It has air conditioning with a heat pump in the dining room and each of the three bedrooms. It also has a parking space for one car within the garden.

It has a grade B energy certificate for cooling demand, a grade C for overall emissions, and a grade D for heating demand.

In accordance with current legislation, the minimum rental period is 10 nights.

The price varies depending on the length of the contract and the season. A declaration of responsibility is required from the tenant stating the reason for their stay at Playa de Gandía (vacation, work, studies, etc.) and his usual address after the end of the contract. This declaration also includes the commitment of all the team to comply with all current municipal ordinances.

Water, electricity, and internet usage are not included in the rental price. A deposit of 15 euro per night is required, which will be paid upon signing the contract and upon delivery of the keys.

Pets, assignment, or subletting of any kind are not permitted.

A security deposit of 2,000 euro is required. Standard cleaning (3 hours maximum) is included in the price; additional cleaning, if necessary, will be deducted from the security deposit.

The contract is made in accordance with the current Spanish Urban Leasing Law and, additionally, with the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
