The sleeping area, with a double bed, is delicately separated from the living room by a slatted wooden screen, giving independence without sacrificing spaciousness. The Villa de Vallecas neighbourhood offers a quiet, residential environment, well connected to the centre and to professional hubs. Less than 15 minutes on foot is Sierra de Guadalupe metro station (Line 1), which connects directly with Atocha, Sol and the heart of Madrid. The Vallecas commuter rail station expands the options, facilitating quick travel across the city and connections with medium‑ and long‑distance trains.

By bus, several lines pass through the area, including 130, 142 and 180, along with T31 and T32, very useful for direct access to Mercamadrid, Madrid Transport Centre (CTM) and the Vallecas – La Atalayuela industrial estate.

If you travel by car, the location is strategic: roads M‑40, M‑30, A‑3 and A‑4 are nearby, allowing easy movement both within Madrid and towards other provinces.
