The finca features a large outdoor barbecue area, perfect for long alfresco meals under the gentle Mediterranean climate. An outdoor bathroom provides added convenience for poolside days.

Inside, the bright living room invites relaxation with its fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room also comes with satellite TV, a DVD player, a sound system, and WiFi, ensuring entertainment and comfort throughout your stay.

The finca has four spacious double bedrooms, elegantly decorated. Three of the rooms feature twin beds, while the fourth offers a comfortable king-size bed. Two modern bathrooms with showers provide extra comfort, while large windows and glass doors fill the interior with natural light and offer direct access to the terraces.

Just 5 minutes away, you will find a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families thanks to its gentle slope into the sea. Other nearby beaches include Sa Coma, with its long stretch of sand, and Cala Ratjada, famous for its promenade. For shopping lovers, Manacor is just 18 km away, offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants, while the charming town of Artà, only 12 km away, captivates with its traditional atmosphere and pedestrian zone.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
