he magical Villa Can Fiol offers comfortable accommodation filled with natural light. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas and access to the covered terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also features a double bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Guests of this villa can enjoy a private gym equipped with five machines, allowing them to stay fit during their vacation.

An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor, where the master bedroom and another room with two single beds are located, ideal for children to rest close to their parents. This bedroom boasts plenty of natural light and access to a terrace with stunning views of the village and the sea.

The villa offers heating throughout the house and has four air conditioning units, providing a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.

At the back, there is the perfect relaxation area with a private pool measuring 7 x 3.5m, a furnished terrace, and grassy areas surrounded by a tranquil environment. Around the pool, there are sun loungers for 8 people and a children's area. A young olive tree provides natural shade.

The covered porch is the ideal place for outdoor dining, featuring a teak table and chairs and a built-in barbecue. Additionally, there is an outdoor toilet with a shower.

Villa Can Fiol is located on the outskirts of Portocolom, just a 5-minute walk from a supermarket and 10 minutes from the harbor, which offers excellent restaurants and cafes with sea views. Portocolom is a typical fishing port with beautiful beaches such as Cala Marçal just 1.5 km away, along with nearby coves like S’Arenal.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
