The estate boasts a beautiful private pool measuring 12m x 6m with a depth of 1.80m, surrounded by lush gardens and stylish outdoor areas ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean climate. The glass-enclosed BBQ area is perfect for group gatherings, offering a large dining table for 16 people, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, and a wood-fired oven. Relax with friends or family in this delightful space while playing table tennis or simply enjoying the tranquil setting under the shade of the pines.

The property comprises two large buildings, recently renovated with exquisite taste, offering 8 air-conditioned bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, divided between the main house and an annex.

In the main house, a spacious living room with SAT-TV, two dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen welcome you. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and a small loft with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two double beds, a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom.

The second house features a cozy living room with international TV channels, a bathroom with a shower, and four bedrooms: two with single beds and two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

The estate offers outdoor parking for 6 cars and covered parking for 3 vehicles.

At Villa CAN RITO, you′ll find the perfect setting to enjoy peace and tranquility, with only the sound of birds and the breeze. The property offers easy access to the Felanitx-Campos road, making it easy to reach nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Nearby, you can explore the charming harbors of Porto Colom, Cala d’Or, and Porto Cristo, as well as the beautiful beaches of Sa Rápita and Es Trenc. The closest beach, Cala Marçal, is a paradise of fine sand and turquoise waters.

Note: During July and August, check-ins and check-outs are on Saturdays.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
