The accommodation

This semi-detached houseis a great option for a holiday in Mallorca, with 105 m² on two floors. It features a garden with lawnand a private poolof 6 x 4 meters, perfect for cooling off. It accommodates up to 5 peopleand is located just 300 meters from the beach of Alcudia, a fine sandy area surrounded by pine trees, ideal for families.

The furnished terraceis perfect for outdoor breakfasts or enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. The private poolis an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Inside, the living-dining roomis spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioningand satellite TV. The open kitchen, fully equipped, includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and freezer. The direct access from the living room to the terrace makes it easy to enjoy the garden and the pool.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double bedsand access to a terrace with lake and mountain views, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The house also has two bathrooms with shower, a washing machine, dryer, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
