The accommodation

Villa Bendinatis a stunning Mediterranean-style villain Puerto Portals, Calvia, combining elegant and modern architecturewith a welcoming and luxurious ambiance. The modern, fully-equipped kitchenwith a central island is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying dinners with family and friends. The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, decorated in a modern, elegant stylethat ensures comfort and relaxation.

On the ground flooris the main area, an open and bright living-dining roomwith sliding glass doors that extend to a covered terrace. The large kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, has direct outdoor access and connects to a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and the laundry room. On the upper floor, three double bedrooms open to the upper terrace, and three bathrooms, one en suite. All south-facing windows have wooden shutters, and the villa offers independent air conditioning by floorand oil heating.

The outdoor area of Villa Bendinatis a true oasis, featuring a private poolsurrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing under the sun. ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
