Spacious Villa for 18 Guests

With 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, Es Puig des Callcomfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large groups. The property is divided into two buildings: a main house and an annex for privacy and convenience. The main house features a bright entrance, a living-dining room with a fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, plus a separate bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

The annex includes a living roomand 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, with 2 additional bedrooms on the upper floor, all with en-suite bathroomsand whirlpool tubs. All bedrooms feature air conditioningand access to terraces. Central heating is also available throughout the villa for winter stays.

Outdoor Area: Garden, Pool, and Recreation Spaces

The villa has a private pool measuring 12m x 6.5m, with a depth of 0.65m to 2.10m, surrounded by a beautifully-maintained garden perfect for sunbathing. The garden also offers space for picnics, family games, and outdoor diningunder the stars. Additionally, it includes a BBQ areaand multiple terraces for relaxation. There’s a small gymand a ping-pong tablefor extra recreation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
