The accommodation

The residential complex SUNSETin Cala D'Or, southeast of Mallorca, offers refurbished holiday apartments, perfect for a relaxing vacation. One of the modern apartmentshas 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bright living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV, ideal for up to 4 people.



The complex includes a large communal pool, barbecue area, sun loungers and is just a short walk from the beach Cala Gran. Perfect for families, friends or couples, SUNSET is a quiet and cozy accommodation.



Located in Cala D'Or, close to stores, restaurants and the port of Cala Llonga, also known as Marina de Cala D'Or, where you will find luxury yachts and delicious fish restaurants.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).



- This amount must be paid to the agency at the time of arrival.
