High in the mountains of southern Gran Canaria, at an altitude of 650 metres, is our Rural House in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. A refuge where time slows down, the air is purer and each day begins with the clean light of dawn and ends under an unforgettable starry sky.
The House
The house has been renovated according to green building criteria, with exterior walls made of stone and partitions made of lime and earth, creating a healthy space in harmony with the environment. Its interior, with modern, bright and cosy décor, offers the comfort of a contemporary home without sacrificing traditional charm.
• Maximum capacity: 4 people.
• Bedrooms:
o 1 bedroom with a double bed, elegant and comfortable.
o 1 bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children, friends or family.
• Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with shower, towels and basic toiletries.
• Living room-kitchen: open-plan room that integrates the living area and kitchen. Equipped with a sofa, wood-burning stove, Smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchenware and utensils).
• Terrace: spacious and sunny, with outdoor furniture.
• Private swimming pool with salt chlorinator, which is gentler on the skin and the environment.
• Presiding over this space is a large hundred-year-old eucalyptus tree, which provides cool shade and becomes the soul of the house.
Exterior and

The village centre can be reached on foot via a path, which takes 10-15 minutes.
The village centre has a small supermarket and restaurants.

Setting

Main terrace: spacious, sunny and equipped with outdoor furniture, it is the heart of the house. Its centrepiece is a large century-old eucalyptus tree that provides cool shade and creates a unique atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or evenings under the stars.
Private swimming pool with salt chlorinator, which is gentler on the skin and the environment.
Private garden: surrounded by greenery, it has a small organic vegetable garden and fruit trees that provide freshness and natural aromas during your stay.
Barbecue area and wood-fired oven: ideal for preparing meals outdoors, sharing with family or friends and enjoying the tranquillity of the rural surroundings.
