The accommodation

Villa Jazz enjoys plenty of lawn space surrounding the pool, a large terrace be the site of evening parties or events in a total and exclusive privacy, secluded and reserved, away from indiscrete eyes. The open view on the coastline offer a stunning panorama up to Gibraltar and Moroccan coast.
Group meals can be enjoyed alfresco at the 2 outdoor dining tables, seats up to 16 people. The swimming pool makes a great bet for cooling off, and the large garden with tropical threes and partially covered terrace it’s perfect for a relaxing moment, in the sun beds around the garden. Indoors, you will find many features including a home entertainment system, a completed gym area with relaxing room.
The spacious living room is open to the main terrace where the panoramic scenery of Gibraltar mauntain and the coastline , will surporend you in the clear weater days. From here there is a direct access to the terrace with a large dining table and BBQ area. The formal indoor dining room is connected with the living, and makes a perfect setting for a special announcement. The brand new kitchen with all appliances and equipments is sure to be a delight for the culinary genius in your entourage.

Young groups are welcome for holidays, but reservations are subject to age requirements of 25 years or older.
The group leader is required to sign a document containing the house rules and the costs arising from damage to the facilities, losses, behavior that is inappropriate for the neighboring community, etc.
A security deposit of 1500 euro is required before the check in , it will be refunded usually a week after the check out.
Villa Jazz is offered to the most qualified clients, services for holidays, events, party and conventions.

After a day of activities, do relax at the pool or fit in the gym , golf clubs are available in the villa for golf players.
There’s Wi-Fi access, 2 Tv rooms, satellite and Netflix facilities, and with the 5 hi fi speakers Bluetooth connected, your favorite songs can be played everywhere since all the systems can be ruled via tablet or mobile phone.

BEDROOMS
There are seven lovely bedrooms at Villa Jazz can accommodate up to fourtheen guests. You will find a variety of sleeping options with single beds or king size beds. With various perks and arrangements in each, there’s something for everyone. The bedrooms have the same traditional feel as the rest of the house, with a mix of classic and modern furniture and richly colored fabrics. Each of the seven bedrooms has air conditioning, desk console, wifi connection.
