The accommodation

EXCELLENT COMFORT
Group meals can be enjoyed alfresco at the outdoor dining table seats 14 , and a round table is perfect for younger kids. The private swimming pool makes a great bet for cooling off. The garden with tropical threes and gazebos it's perfect for a relaxing moment. Indoors, you will find many features including a home entertainment, games rooms and the traditional sauna.
The spacious living room is covered by a glass ceiling, and has multiple seating areas, with roman columns, carpets and drapes, damask wallpaper and trompe l'oeil paintings. From here there is a direct access to the back garden with patio and a complete furnished outdoor kitchen with BBQ area. The formal dining room makes a perfect setting for a special announcement. The indoor kitchen with all appliances and equipment is sure to be a delight for the culinary genius in your entourage.

Please take note that, in line with the Air BB policies regarding parties and events, at Villa Domus Vesta are not allowed, since the villa is offered only for a holidays residential purposes.

FACILITIES
After a day of activities, refresh you at the pool, fit in the gym or relax in the sauna . Tennis court at only 50 mt and is free for the guests, and clubs are available in the villa for golf players.
There's Wi-Fi access 2 60 inches UHD TV and a laser printer for the use of the guests.
Your favorite songs can be played everywhere through 6 music speakers and the systems can be ruled via tablet or mobile phone.

ACCOMODATION
In the lovely bedrooms at Villa Domus Vesta you will find a variety of sleeping options with two bedrooms on the ground floor, two on the first floor, three on the second floor and, finally two more in the guest house with a small kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
With various perks and arrangements in each, there's something for everyone. The bedrooms have the same traditional feel as the rest of the house, with modern furniture and richly colored fabrics. Each of the nine bedrooms has air conditioning, desk console and chairs.
The villa was totally refurbished and upgrading in the 2021.

Security deposit of 1500 € request before the check in.
The energy consumption is not included in the rate. The cost of the energy will be calculated from the meter and the provider invoice, and deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
In July and August the booking is only for weekly stay and the check in on Saturday or Sunday, depending from the allocated periods to other guests .

Villa domus Vesta is fully registred at Turistic Departemnt of Andalusia with registation n. VFT/MA/07631.
Young groups are welcome for holidays, but reservations are subject to age requirements of 25 years or older.
The group leader is required to sign a document containing the house rules and the costs arising from damage to the facilities, losses, behavior that is inappropriate for the neighboring community, etc.
A security deposit of 1500 euro is required before the check in , it will be refunded usually a week after the check out.
Villa Domus Vesta is offered to the most qualified clients, villas rental and services for holidays, events, party and conventions.

Setting

At guests' disposal a set of golf clubs, the free tennis court at 50 mt., the finnish sauna and a small but well-equipped gym complete the quality offer for the more sporty .
Other services like Chef in the Villa, exclusive catering, boat trips and excursions, personal trainer and massages, nunnies and cleaning staff, are available upon request at special rates for the guests.
