The accommodation

The elegant Villa S’Aguait is located in a quiet residential area between Felanitx and Portocolom, offering breathtaking views over a large estate surrounded by pine trees.

The highlight of the outdoor area is the beautifully landscaped pool, which provides a serene setting for relaxation. The spacious pool is easily accessible via oval steps and is framed by a natural stone terrace, perfect for sunbathing. A large outdoor dining table invites guests to enjoy meals al fresco, while additional terraces and balconies provide charming corners for peaceful moments. The villa’s private entrance enhances the sense of exclusivity, and a shaded parking area in front of the house adds convenience.

Inside, the villa spreads over two floors with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The central living and dining area, accessible through several exterior doors, is designed for comfort and conviviality, featuring light colors, high-quality furnishings, and wooden details that create warmth. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a kettle and coffee machine. Four tastefully decorated bedrooms, two on each floor, are air-conditioned and designed for restful nights. The modern bathrooms are spacious and well appointed, and mosquito nets provide extra comfort.

Situated just 6 km northwest of Portocolom, Villa S’Aguait offers both tranquility and proximity to the charming harbor town, known for its inviting restaurants. The attractive Cala Marçal beach is located only 1 km south of Portocolom, making this villa an ideal choice for combining relaxation, sea, and Mallorcan lifestyle.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate

your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly

to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key

collection.

- Arrival outside opening hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid

the following day to the reception agency;

b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the

agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).

- This amount must be paid to the agency at the time of arrival.
