The accommodation
Beachfront apartment with two private terraces offering sea views and a private patio with direct access to the promenade. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The communal swimming pool is open during the summer months (June 15th to September 15th). While the pool typically opens in early June each year, I have to list the opening date as June 15th since I cannot guarantee it will be open earlier. The apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the old town. The Jamón supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away. Beach bars and other dining options are nearby. Enjoy spectacular sea views from almost every room in the apartment, including panoramic views of Africa and the Atlantic Ocean. There is a private garage for one car. (During heavy rain, as a precaution against water entering the basement, communal access to the garages is closed. However, in this case, you can use your garage to store sports equipment, for example.) The apartment sleeps up to six people. Enjoy spectacular and unforgettable sunsets from the apartment. Air conditioning in livingroom and main bedroom. In the others 2 bedrooms you have ceeling fans and heaters ( radiators)
Setting
It's located in Tarifa, right on the beachfront of Los Lances, near the promenade. Just a 7-minute walk from the old town.
Activities and attractions
There are paddle tennis courts a 5-minute walk away, as well as playgrounds. Beach bars and restaurants are nearby. There's a path for walking and cycling right next to the apartment. Enjoy surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and paddleboarding. In Tarifa, you can also go horseback riding through nature, explore the old town and its narrow streets, visit Isla de las Palomas (Pigeon Island), go to Bolonia and visit the ruins of Bahel-Claudius, go hiking, and visit nearby towns like Vejer de la Frontera, Zahara de los Atunes, and Cádiz.
