The accommodation

The building does not have an elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs to access the apartment.
If you need help with your luggage, please do not hesitate to ask; we will be happy to assist you personally upon your arrival or departure.

Out of respect for the neighborhood and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties, loud music, and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

For reservations made by guests under the age of 30, a security deposit of €300 will be requested, which will be blocked on your credit card before arrival and released after departure, once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.
