The bedroom features 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower. Additionally, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your comfort at all times. Winter: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Key collection at the office starting at 4:00 PM.

For arrivals outside office hours: Request instructions for key collection.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Check-in Procedure:

-Present ID for all guests.
-Security deposit via card: €150. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment for additional services, if requested.
-Pets: With prior authorization; a surcharge applies.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the maximum number of guests according to the reservation.
-When leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean any used dishes.
