At about 500 meters from the beach, we rent for the summer, an apartment located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, garden and exclusive garage as well as a sea view. The location of the house is in an area close to the center but not busy but with the possibility of easily reaching, even on foot, all the commercial activities in the area.
The entrance is located on via Delle Ginestre, which leads to the apartment via the garden, consisting of: living area with balcony and beautiful sea view of the islet of Santa Maria Navarrese, kitchen and bathroom, separated from the sleeping area by a corridor which leads to the 3 double bedrooms, of which two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 3 single beds, for a total of 7 beds plus others The apartment also has an external garden and a garage inside the courtyard .

The linen is not included in the price. However, it is possible to rent it at a cost of €15/person). It is also possible to rent just one set per person for the duration of the stay. One set includes top and bottom sheets, pillow covers, set of guest-face-shower towels. You can also bring your own household linen
In the village of Tortolì separate waste collection is carried out, a € 50 deposit is required which will be returned after departure if collection has been carried out correctly.

The accommodation is located in a residential area of Santa Maria Navarrese about 800 meters away from the beach of the same name and a few minutes by car from the centre, full of shops and commercial activities. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all accessories.
