The accommodation
Holiday home Ada is a pleasant refuge after the sea, very bright, fully furnished, just 750 meters from the beach of Portofrailis, a few meters from the cycle path and the green park of "La Sughereta", then allows you to reach the beach and restaurants by bike or just walking.
The house is on the second and top floor of a newly built residence, you enter the living room with kitchenette and from this to the covered veranda which allows for outdoor lunches and dinners with a view of the mountains, hallway, double bedroom with small balcony, bathroom with shower, climate control (air conditioning and heating), ultra-equipped, wifi, smart TV etc.
The house also offers the possibility to rent bed and bath linen, cars and 2 bikes
Separate waste collection is carried out in the municipality of Tortolì, therefore the customer is required to follow the rules and instructions provided upon entering the apartment. It is also requested that the apartment is treated with care and that it is returned free of rubbish, with the fridge empty and the hob clean.
A maximum threshold of consumption available to the tenant of 10 KW/h per day multiplied by the days of stay has been established for electricity consumption for the entire period of stay. Upon exceeding this threshold, the excess consumption costs, calculated at € 0.60 per 1 KW/h, will be charged to the tenant.
Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the price. However, it is possible to bring your own linen.

The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, but the proximity to the center of P. Frailis allows you to walk to its commercial part with restaurants, bars, night clubs, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, banks, post offices, etc. nearby there is both the Capannina beach and the small beach of Porto Frailis. From the port of Arbatax, which is only 850 meters away, you leave for the famous Cale di Baunei, considered by all to be the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: Cala Mariolu, Goloritzè or Cala Luna.
