The property, located on the second and top floor, is served by a lift, and consists of a huge living room/kitchen, three double bedrooms, two fine bathrooms, with shower, covered veranda, uncovered veranda and a beautiful panoramic terrace ( with a small glimpse of the sea), ideal for pleasant and relaxing moments outdoors. The accommodation is also located not far from the port and marina of Arbatax and a few minutes by car from the center of Tortolì, full of shops and commercial activities. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all accessories. The area near the structure is equipped with all services, Tortolì-Arbatax is in fact the economic center of the small province and offers everything a tourist may need.

In the village of Tortolì separate waste collection is carried out, a € 50 deposit is required which will be returned after departure if collection has been carried out correctly.
