The accommodation

Nel comune viene effettuata la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, si richiede pertanto che il cliente segua le regole e le indicazioni fornite all'ingresso nell'appartamento.
E' stabilita, per l’utenza elettrica, per l’intero periodo di soggiorno, una soglia massima di consumi a disposizione dell’inquilino di 10 KW/h giornalieri moltiplicati per i giorni di permanenza. Al superamento di tale soglia, i costi eccedenti dei consumi, calcolati in € 0,60 per 1 KW/h, verranno messi a carico dell’inquilino.
La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) non è compresa nel prezzo. E’ comunque possibile noleggiarla ad un costo di € 15,00 a persona o portare la propria biancheria. E' prevista una cauzione
- I cani di grossa taglia non si accettano.

Bed linen and towels: linen is not included in the price. However, it is possible to rent it at a cost of Euro 15.00 per person. The house is equipped with a washing machine so you can decide to rent just one set per person. One set includes top and bottom sheets, pillow covers, set of guest-face-shower towels. You can also bring your household linen;
Check-in after the indicated time: from 20:00 to 23:00 Euro 20,00 and from 23:00 onwards Euro 30,00;

Setting

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the garden with all the furnishings.

Activities and attractions

The apartment is located about 300 meters from the beach, in the beautiful bay of Porto Frailis. The location of the house is very central, on Viale Europa, a stone's throw from the center and the marina, giving you the possibility to easily reach, even on foot, all the commercial activities in the area: supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and the bus stop that connects the beach of Porto Frailis to the other beaches and to the center of Tortolì.
