Villa Alegría is a detached villa located on the southern Costa Dorada, in the Ebro Delta area. Equipped with all modern comforts, it offers 3 spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and cookware, and a large living/dining room.

This accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and internet access. Pets are welcome, except for potentially dangerous breeds, and a crib and high chair are available for guests.

Outside, Villa Alegría boasts a 600 m² fenced plot featuring a screened porch, a barbecue area with all the necessary furniture and utensils for al fresco dining, and a fantastic, fenced swimming pool for added safety. It's undoubtedly an exceptional place to visit with family or friends, although groups of young people (under 25) are not permitted.

Setting

Villa Alegría is located in the town of L'Ampolla, in a quiet residential area 400 meters from the beach and the promenade, both of which are easily accessible on foot. The residential area is easily reached from the N-340 highway or from the town along the coast.

Activities and attractions

About 500 meters away is Arenal Beach, where you can enjoy various water sports. From this area, you can access the Ebro Delta Natural Park, where you can go cycling and observe the wide variety of birds that live there. On your way to the town along the seafront promenade, you'll find several coves, restaurants where you can enjoy typical local cuisine, and boat trips around the Bay of L'Ampolla, allowing you to appreciate the variety of beaches and landscapes that surround it. 57 km from L'Ampolla is the PortAventura theme park, where you'll have a fantastic time with its diverse attractions.
