The accommodation

Welcome to Casa Vacanze Natalia, a stunning property located within the peaceful Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the village of Mondello.
The Space
The property is arranged over two floors. As our guests, you will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (penthouse) and the private parking area.
The highlight of the house is the spectacular 200 sqm furnished terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mondello. On clear days, you can even spot Mount Etna and the Aeolian Islands with the naked eye.
The 150 sqm apartment features:
Panoramic Kitchen: Equipped with large windows overlooking the sea and fully stocked (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender).
Living Area: A spacious living room with a dining table, sofas, fireplace.
Sleeping Area: Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a comfortable double sofa bed. A baby cot is available upon request.
Bathroom: Fitted with both a bathtub and a shower.
Laundry: Separate room with washing machine and dryer.
Comfort & Amenities
The house is equipped with independent heating, Air Conditioning, and Wi-Fi in every room. Private parking is included within the property gates.
Host & Privacy
The host resides on the lower floor (with a separate entrance) to handle reception, security, and provide support for guests. Many guests appreciate this presence for immediate assistance (check-in, keys, local tips), but we understand that some may prefer total seclusion.
✨ Your privacy is always guaranteed: The host will never enter the upper floor reserved for guests unless invited or by prior agreement.
Request for Host Absence
If you prefer the host not to be present on-site during your stay, we kindly ask you to inform us at least two weeks before your arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.
In this specific case, to protect the property, you will be required to provide one of the following at check-in:
a) Proof of a valid insurance policy covering property damage, OR
b) A refundable security deposit.
The deposit will be fully returned at check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the house.

Setting

The house is located within the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, with access to nature trails, 500 meters from Mondello beach and the center of the seaside village of Mondello and the seafront.

Activities and attractions

All the activities of a seaside resort: equipped lidos, water sports, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling, boat rentals, aperitifs and dinners overlooking the sea.
