The flat offers high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, bed linen, towels and everything you need to move in from day one.

Hot water is provided by a 50-litre electric boiler.

The building has a lift and an on-site concierge.

Utilities are included in the price: high-speed Wi-Fi, water and electricity up to 100 €/month.
Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged separately upon presentation of the corresponding bills.
