The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.

We provide extras that will fulfill your rental requirements:

-Welcome food basket: Small € 45 / Medium € 55 / Large € 75 / Extra Large € 90
All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
*The amounts indicated are the minimum applicable per extra and may be subject to adjustments.

Standard Breakage Deposit: € 500 / Breakage Deposit Groups: € 180 per guest (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
