The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and small appliances.

It includes two bedrooms, both with double beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom features a fan. There is a full bathroom with a shower, plus an additional guest toilet.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a private garage space in the same building (maximum vehicle height: 183 cm).

Check-in procedure:

- All guests must present ID.
- Security deposit by credit card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days of check-out.
- Payment for additional services, if requested.
- Pets: €25 per pet per stay.

House Rules:

- Smoking and parties are prohibited in the accommodation.
- Respect the limit of guests per reservation.
- When leaving the apartment, remember to return the keys, throw away the trash, and leave the dishes clean.
