The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. The house also includes air conditioning, a TV in the bedroom, and mosquito screens, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Outside, you’ll enjoy your own private outdoor space, carefully furnished for outdoor living: a private barbecue, dining table, outdoor shower, and a dedicated parking space. While the driveway gate is shared with another apartment in the complex, each unit has its own outdoor area, separated to guarantee full privacy.

One of the property’s highlights is the private path (about 70 meters) that connects the house directly to Via Flacca (SR213) — cross the street and you’ll be right on Sant’Agostino beach, one of the most beloved beaches on the Gaeta coastline.

The garden, barbecue, outdoor shower, and parking space belonging to this home are for the exclusive use of the guests staying at Rifugio sul Mare and are not shared with anyone else.
