Villa Las Marinas 2 is a holiday villa located in Arenal d'en Castell, one of the most popular areas in the north of Menorca due to its family atmosphere, its beach with calm waters and its wide range of services.

The property has a private swimming pool, several terraces with views and an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.Spread over 3 floors, it offers a bright living room with ceiling fan and direct access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with single beds on the first floor and a master bedroom with a double bed on the second floor with en-suite bathroom and private terrace with sea views. It is a perfect property for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy and proximity to the sea. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Note: The property is located in a tourist area with hotels nearby and during the summer season it is possible to hear entertainment music.

The Arenal den Castell residential area is located in the north of the island and has a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, and our villas are only a 5-minute walk from the beach.
