Villa Las Marinas 3 is a holiday home located in Arenal d’en Castell, one of the most family-friendly areas in northern Menorca. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the property features a private pool, several terraces with views and a layout perfect for families or groups.
The bedrooms include air conditioning and ceiling fans, while the living room features a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort in summer.

The villa is arranged over three floors. The ground floor offers a bright living room with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area ideal for relaxing. The first floor includes two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace with sea views.

The location is excellent for enjoying the beach and local services, although some ambient noise may be present in high season due to nearby hotels, typical of lively areas like Arenal.

All legally certified holiday rentals in the Balearic Islands must collect the Eco-Tax (€2.20 per adult/night, reduced rate after the 8th night). This tax is not included in the rental price. We encourage guests to book officially registered accommodations.
