The accommodation

The apartment is a recently renovated panoramic one-bedroom unit, featuring double exposure and a furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee outdoors.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for independent cooking, including a washing machine.
The living/sleeping area is cozy and functional, equipped with a double bed, a one-and-a-half–sized sofa bed, and a Smart TV.
The windowed bathroom includes a comfortable shower, ideal for longer stays.
All rooms come with a full set of towels and bed linen, already included in the price.

I kindly ask you to respect the quiet of the building, especially during nighttime, so that everyone can enjoy a bit of peace.

You will find the house well equipped and complete with everything you need: feel free to use it comfortably, as if it were your own.

If any small issue occurs or something breaks, no worries: just let me know honestly. I much prefer a spontaneous message than a surprise after check-out.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but the ideal comfort is for 3 guests.
The sofa bed is one and a half size, perfect for one adult (or two children), while the double bed ensures maximum comfort for two people.

This way all guests can enjoy the space at its best and have a more comfortable and relaxing stay.
