The accommodation

Spacious and bright house for rent complete with a private outdoor area, swimming pool, parking, and covered porch with barbecue. Very close to Trujillo, Cáceres, and Mérida, it offers all the amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, forced air ventilation, and is fully equipped.) It is also a passive house, for maximum comfort and accessibility.
Energy comes from solar panels and there is a well for irrigation and filling the pool.

Setting

The house has two floors.
On the lower floor (fully accessible) there is an entrance hall, a living-dining room-kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be separated, and another bedroom with a 150x200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a living room with access to two terraces, a bathroom, and the third bedroom with a 105x200 cm bed and another 90x200 cm bed, the latter a pull-out trundle bed.
The best part is the outdoor area :), with a 9x3 m pool equipped with very comfortable outdoor furniture, a parasol... and a semi-outdoor porch with a barbecue, where you can have lunch or dinner if it's very sunny or rainy...
There is also a parking lot so you can easily unload suitcases or groceries...

It is located in the middle of the triangle of the heritage cities of Trujillo, Cáceres, and Mérida.

Plasenzuela is a charming town. There's a bakery that makes exquisite bread and shops with very long opening hours in case you're missing anything.

Don't miss El Bosque de To, a local attraction that you'll love for its artwork within a meadow setting, its views, and more.

My recommendation is to ask a local resident how to get to the bridge over the meadow river.
The ideal way to get there is by bike or car, but you can also walk—a beautiful walk.
