Villa Sa Calma Esventada is a welcoming holiday villa located in Punta Grossa, one of the quietest and most pleasant areas of Arenal d’en Castell, in northern Menorca. Just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Arenal d’en Castell beach, the villa offers privacy, calm and a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families and groups.

Located within a complex of 20 independent villas, the property sits at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac with only one direct neighbour and its own private garden. Its natural surroundings and serene setting make it a perfect place to unwind.

Divided into two floors, the villa offers bright interiors and outdoor areas designed for enjoying Menorca’s excellent weather.
Important: there is no air conditioning, but portable standing fans are provided in all bedrooms and in the living room, which is fully sufficient in this breezy area of the island.

Ground floor

Bright living–dining room with direct access to the garden, furnished with sofa, TV and dining table. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. This level also includes a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The garden features an outdoor dining space with an awning, ideal for enjoying long hours outside.

First floor

Two additional bright bedrooms and a full bathroom. From this floor, guests can access the roof terrace, converted into a solarium with a dining area and beautiful views over the countryside and the sea in the distance.
