The Space
Private 100 sqm apartment featuring two double bedrooms and private parking.

First Level: After climbing the stairs from your independent entrance, you will enter a bright living room with a kitchenette. This space is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes dishes, pots, cutlery, coffee makers, oven, fridge, freezer, stovetop, and microwave. The living room opens onto a large terrace offering unparalleled views of the surrounding fields and the city of Assisi.

On this same level, you will find a double bedroom with a balcony, furnished with a comfortable bed (including mattress protector and pillows). Adjacent to the room is the first bathroom, complete with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.

Note: Bed linens and towels (bath towel, face towel, and bath mat) for 2 people are included in the Airbnb price.

Second Level: An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which features a suite with a double bed and access to a semi-covered walk-on terrace. This terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Subasio, the countryside, and Assisi. The second floor also houses the second bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. The washing machine is located in the hallway.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Please note that a kettle is not available.

Guest Access
The apartment reserved for you is completely independent, ensuring maximum privacy and freedom. Access is via a convenient walkway. Once inside, you will have full access to all the interior spaces described above.

Important to note: * The ground-floor residence and the surrounding garden are for the private use of my family.

There is a small office on-site that remains locked and is not accessible to guests.
